Negligent Homicide, Manslaughter or Murder?
Third and Final Installment for “I Want You to Know”

When Officer Chauvin murdered George Floyd, he kneeled on his neck for 9 minutes. Please take a moment and count off 9 minutes so that you may experience exactly how long this poor person
suffered before dying. Lying there vulnerable and at the mercy (or, in this case, lacking mercy) of a mad man while no one did anything to save his life. There should be no doubt as to the cruelty behind this tragic murder. No one should fail to empathize with not only George’s suffering, but what those who love him suffered and continue to feel without him now in their lives. We all do eventually die, and, with that in mind, death must ultimately be accepted by all who remain. What cannot be accepted and should not ever be accepted is if a loved one suffered unnecessarily during their final moments. George did not need to die like that; George should not have been murdered in such a horrid manner.
What happened to Holly Mayben was not as blatant as what was
done to George Floyd so it does open the floor to much debate as to whether or not we can go as far as to say that she was murdered.
[names of three individuals temporarily removed while we confirm Holly’s medical records-LPG] are not professionals who are trained to know what the results of their actions or inactions will be. They are human, though, and this surely does bring about question concerning their morality. Did they choose slothfulness above involvement? Ignorance instead of attentiveness? Are they the epitome of evil festering in three carnal bodies? From what I understand about the home they forced Holly to live-out her final days – the horrible stink, vermin infestation, leaving Holly to sit in a wheelchair without tending to her most delicate needs – it surely sounded a domain for Beelzebub himself. Any normal person with only but a spark of decency would not have sat there for all that time watching someone suffer and deteriorate to the point of demise without doing something to help and comfort them! So, this makes [NAMES TEMPORARILY REMOVED] guilty of what? Negligent homicide? Manslaughter?
Yet, factors leading to Holly’s death do not end with these three unprofessional, crummy people. When actual professionals were alerted, the disinterest on their behalf was, no doubt, professionally negligent to the point of wrongful death. Does this also make them candidates for negligent homicide? Manslaughter? Or, because their training is similar to that of their law enforcement colleague’s, at the time he murdered George Floyd, could this be murder as well?
Now, I would like for you to take a moment and count off all the minutes Holly suffered, unnecessarily, during her final moments of
life – the minutes between that point when I informed CDOC professionals, in detail, of Holly’s horrid situation, up till the day she actually died. When you are done counting, 8 months from now, know that is the amount of time a vulnerable and elderly pers sat trapped in a wheelchair dependent on three lazy people evil enough to watch her suffer with pain from infection to the point o stroke and death. For around 345,000 minutes Holly needed professionals to step in and rescue her and, though they had been informed, they never responded. I am outraged beyond words and know that I have to force myself to stop here or I could spend countless hours trying to find the words to express my frustration. I believ that Holly deserves justice. She really does. Please, if you are reading this, let the world know. Her name was Holly Mayben and sh was left to perish at the hands of three terrible people because the professionals who should have interceded did nothing. Please,
not let them get away with this just because their actions are obscured within the corridors of this prison and out of the sight you, the general public. This time they actually killed someone outside of these walls so, please, do not remain quiet when it comes to Holly’s suffering and death.
