Gale Sanders asked that the purpose and contact information about Destination: Freedom be posted on our site. Since Destination:Freedon and PWSO both support prisoners in different ways we want to help each other out. May this be the beginning of an organizational friendship.—–
Destination: Freedom was established in 2013, originally under the name of Sweet Justice, Inc., to advocate for prisoners, assist them with their post-conviction (habeas) cases in both state and federal courts. Destination: Freedom also assists with and educates prisoners’ families in understanding and navigating the legal process, supports prison reform, rehabilitation, and re-entry, advocates for legislative changes to unfair laws, and works with prisoners to support their entrepreneurial efforts.
